Music and creative material submitted to UNA CASA Publishing by artists, songwriters, producers or other third parties remains the property of the respective rights holder(s).
UNA CASA Publishing does not acquire ownership or any rights in such material simply because it has been submitted to us for review.
Any use, development, publishing, licensing, distribution or other exploitation of submitted material will only take place with the appropriate permission or under a separate written agreement.
UNA CASA PUBLISHING CATALOGUE
The UNA CASA Publishing catalogue contains original songs and creative works developed by UNA CASA Publishing. Some of these works may have been created using artificial intelligence and generative music tools as part of the creative process.
Where UNA CASA Publishing makes catalogue music available for licensing, placement, distribution or further development, we will do so on the basis of the rights and permissions available to us for that particular work.
The demos in our catalogue are intended to communicate the melody, lyrics, hook and creative direction of a song. They are creative starting points rather than necessarily finished commercial recordings.
Where a catalogue work is licensed, distributed, developed or otherwise made available to an artist, label, producer or other partner, the specific rights granted will be agreed separately and in writing.
